The corner of S. Fourth & State streets is transformed into a Swedish destination on June 24 (10 am – 5 pm) &June 25 (10 am – 3 pm).

Our Viking will welcome you to Sweden Västpresented by I.B. Quality Cabinets. Each day is filled with entertainment, art, gifts, food & activities for all.

Evonne Einoris brings her love of Rosemaling to Sweden Väst; items available for purchase.

As a tribute to Ted Bowman, Dala Horse Carver, his granddaughter Jordan has painted his final Dala Horses. Join her and Ted’s daughter Beth as they sell his treasures.

Explore authentic Swedish Culture as Swedish foods, currency, Swedish Christmas decorations, hand wood carving, Swedish map, flag and clothing are displayed beautifully in this handmade case crafted by I.B. Quality Cabinets.

Early Light Café - Fika with us. Although fika is synonymous for Swedes with taking time out for a coffee, it is also more than that. If you’re with an old friend, it’s a chance to catch up. If you’re with someone new, it’s a chance to get to know each other. MENU: Bottled Water, Iced Coffee (regular & decaf), Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll Cakes, Swedish Cardamom Rolls (Kardemummabullar), Swedish Almond Cake(Toscatårta), Swedish Vanilla Cookies (Vaniljkakor).

Meet a real Viking and Svenskarnas Day Queen as they visit with kids of all ages (hours vary).

Authentically-dressed Viking living historians from the 1893 Viking Ship in Geneva will be present with their displays to discuss cooking, crafts, weapons, tools and ships typical of the Viking Era. (Sun only)
