Geneva’s annual Holiday House Tour features five architecturally unique homes decorated for the season.

Tickets are $35 each and include a traditional holiday tea at the First Congregational Church at 327 Hamilton Street.

Once tickets are ordered there are no refunds. Additionally, we do not allow photography, video, food, beverages or pets inside the homes.

Your ticket will include descriptions, directions and a map to the homes. We recommend allotting 3-4 hours for the self-guided tour. Note that you will need to drive to each home. Feel free to tour the houses in any order. Tickets are not day specific, so you may tour all the homes in one day or split them up over two days. Tour hours are Friday from 11 am-8 pm and on Saturday from 11 am-5 pm. You must have a hard copy of your ticket that is either mailed to you or picked up by you to enter the homes.
